Robin Winters: applied AI and delivery evidence
A prototype decision engine, documented work scope and inspectable data contracts.
I’m Robin Winters. At Yukon Systems, my approved title was Product Development Manager, 2023–2025. My work covered technical prioritization, software requirements, cross-functional delivery, agent workflows and architecture tradeoffs involving reliability, explainability, latency and performance. Forward Deployed Engineer is a role I’m pursuing.
1. Examine TORos at its documented stage
I built TORos for Yukon Systems: a prototype, model-agnostic, multimodal decision engine using deliberation among multiple models toward consensus. The Yukon company article dated May 5, 2025 describes the prototype and includes an early CLI screenshot. My work account separates that published description from my first-person contribution statement.
The technical discussion is about how to organize disagreement and reach a decision. Agreement alone does not establish correctness. Useful review questions include how conflicting model outputs are represented, what should cause abstention, how a decision can be explained and which failure modes require human review. Public source, reproducible benchmarks and customer deployment are not established here.
2. Inspect a small delivery boundary
The standalone fitness event data example makes input contracts concrete: timestamps need an explicit timezone, identity is scoped to the source, retransmissions are distinct from conflicting records, and each normalization decision produces a receipt.
The Swift library and command-line tool include synthetic fixtures, 12 passing tests on macOS and Linux, including Swift 6.0.3 and checked malformed-input behavior. They were prepared with coding-assistant support and are separate from a deployed client integration.
3. Connect systems work to a product surface
My ShowFlex role connects structured event data with a shipped iPhone interface. My earlier Organic Alkaloids co-owner role included procurement, logistics and client relationships. These experiences have different scopes; no past FDE title or enterprise deployment metric is inferred.
For a delivery conversation, useful topics are requirements under ambiguity, traceable decisions, explicit failure behavior and the handoff from a prototype to a user-facing system.
